年轻骄纵的卡蒂娜遇见了权倾一时的安德烈亚索将军。安德烈亚索风流成性，在外恶名昭彰，他见到卡蒂娜时惊为天人，立刻约她去看美丽大海，并趁机和她发生了关系。初嚐人事滋味的卡蒂娜，于是开始摸索自我的欲求，她想以身体驾驭安德烈旺盛的欲望。不顾外界传言，卡蒂娜毅然嫁给了安德烈，却意外陆续发现：原来他还有其他的「妻子」。但卡蒂娜仍展现了她的聪明与魅力，在诡谲多变的政局里，协助她野心勃勃的丈夫顺利登上层峰，并赢得了他的信任与宠爱。然而掌权成功的安德烈，却逐渐露出了他骄傲好斗的本性，并一次次挫伤了卡蒂娜善良的心。敢爱敢恨的卡蒂娜于是开始想远离安德烈，尤其当她遇见了年轻俊帅、才华横溢的音乐指挥家卡洛斯时，压抑已久的情欲更在瞬间爆发……
